Excited for holidays. Wanting comfort. Like new socks and sweaters kinds of comfort. And snow. I'm really excited for snow.
Wishing I could teleport everyone to one location for Thanksgiving. It's not working out that way. Why does everyone have to be so dang far apart? Why don't I have 5 bedrooms to put everyone up in? Oh yeah. Those reasons. All my decisions. I get it. Still time to change if I'm not living the way I want to.

ReplyDeleteWe can make Thanksgiving work for everybody. I had thought having it in Kzoo would make it easier for everybody since it wouldn't be such a huge drive. We can have it at my house again? It's too late for me to request days off to get to Chicago, unfortunately...but surely we can make something work? Last year I thought that I should start researching places, cabins and rental houses, in cool places that weren't a big drive for anybody so we could have a huge Thanksgiving with all our families. How awesome would it be to have a Thanksgiving with your family, my family, Eric's family? Awesome. I should have done that. Anyway...we should try to figure something out for this year, so as many of us can be together as possible with minimal fuss.
