We're hanging out in the dark right now. It's earth hour. Seems like most of the neighbors are participating. I saw a few lights go out exactly at 8. And except for the blinking airplane warning lights, downtown is dark.

We're afraid the dog will try and get away with something and so we've put her in her glow in the dark skeleton t-shirt. At least this way we know where she is.

We only have 3 candles in the house. I guess I'm not much of a candle person these days. Very thankful for my pirates of the caribbean flash light.

I'm going to go take a shower in the dark. Wish me luck.
